Wood says that Dupree's voice was chosen because it epitomizes the "real woman" sound, in keeping with Dove's "real beauty" slogan. Wood is a rising young filmmaker in the DC metropolitan area. Her most recent film, "Calling" is a result of her tenure at the New York Film Academy. The winning commercial will be shown on national television during the airing of the 79th Annual Academy Awards Feb 25, 8:00 PM EST.
