Mike Surratt's Calm Creativity Reviewed in the Chesapeake Music Guide

September 07, 2007 -- House of Autumn client, Mike Surratt, has received a favorable review from the Chesapeake Music Guide on his release entitled "Calm Creativity."

On the Eclectic Coalition Records label, the CD cover design and marketing campaign was produced by House of Autumn Studios, and was engineered by Lisa J. Dupree.

"This was our first national effort for Mike" Dupree explains, "and it is so nice to read such a glowing review. It was a joy to visually and verbally represent the wonderful mix of music he created with the project."

Chesapeake Music Guide has been supporting the local music scene and promoting local artists since 1989. Known for his fair and objective reviews of local talent, reviewer Michael Macey describes Calm Creativity as falling somewhere between "New Age" and smooth jazz, a sound he refers to as "smooth jazz."
